Groundsperson
Run ropes and the chipper, drag brush and keep the job site safe and clean. No experience needed: we train you.
- Able to lift 50 lb and work outdoors
- Reliable, on time
- Driver license a plus
Crew Lead
Run a crew of 3–4: plan the job with the client, set the drop zone and keep everyone safe.
- 4+ years tree work
- Class B CDL or willing to get it
- ISA certification a plus
Estimator
Walk properties with homeowners and HOAs, assess trees and write clear, fair estimates.
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Tree-care sales or estimating experience
- Valid CA driver license
Plant Health Care Tech
Deep-root feeding, soil care and pest and disease treatments on our health-care routes.
- QAL or willing to get it
- Spray / injection experience a plus
- Valid CA driver license

- 6:45 · YardCoffee, load the trucks, safety tailgate with the crew lead.
- 7:30 · First jobWalk the job with the client, set the drop zone, climber goes up.
- Midday · Rig & chipGround crew runs lines and the chipper.
- 3:30 · Clean up & homeRake, blow, haul. Leave every yard cleaner than we found it.
